President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sooronbay Jeenbekov, has left off for an official visit to Tajikistan, says a message posted on the Kyrgyz president’s official website Feb. 1.
During the two-day visit, Kyrgyz president is expected to meet his Tajik counterpart Emomali Rahmon within the narrow and expanded format meetings, as a result of which a number of documents will be signed.
Heads of the two states will make joint statements as well.
Jeenbekov will also meet with Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda and Chairman of the Tajik parliament’s lower chamber Shukurjon Zuhurov.
