Uzbekistan imported 2.4 million tons of cement worth $114 million from January through October 2021, Trend reports referring to the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
According to the committee, this indicator increased by 336,500 tons compared to the same period in 2020.
During this period, Uzbekistan imported cement from Kazakhstan (1.1 million tons), Tajikistan (631,800 tons), Kyrgyzstan (604,300 tons), Iran (51,000 tons) and Turkmenistan (35,600 tons).
