A campaign headquarters of presidential candidate Nino Burjanadze was opened in Poti on Wednesday.
The opening was attended by the activists of the party "Democratic Movement - United Georgia" and the members of the public.
During the event, Burjanadze spoke about her election program, and analyzed the political situation in Georgia. The meeting was held in the questions and answers fromat. The presidential candidate has expressed the hope that the residents of Poti will make the right choice.
"I rely on the support of Poti, and on the support of the whole Samegrelo region, as well as all Georgia, as the people gathered here know very well that our party has been consistent in its promises. We never deceive our voters, we always talk about the complexities and give only those promises which can be fulfilled," Burjanadze said.
According to her there has not been any political pressure in the country after the election of October 1 and the coming to power of a new government, but the process of restoring justice does not evoke satisfaction.
