3 more British troops killed in Afghanistan

Britain's military says three soldiers have been killed in southern Afghanistan, bringing the country's military death toll there to 204, Associated Press reported.

The Ministry of Defense said the soldiers from 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers died after they were attacked while on patrol near Sangin in Helmand Province Sunday morning.

Their families have been informed.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown says it has been "a very difficult summer" for British troops in Afghanistan.
