(For-Um) - Victor Yushchenko and NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer have spoken about Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic aspirations, president's press office reported.
The President reiterated that our course to join the European Union and NATO would not change. He said the country's main political forces were now discussing when Ukraine would sign a NATO membership plan, reports Trend.
Yushchenko invited Scheffer to visit Ukraine in 2007.
He also said Ukraine would mark the tenth anniversary of the signing of the Charter on a Distinctive Partnership with NATO next year.
