The export of electrical goods from Turkey to Iran increased by 101.5 percent from January through May 2021 compared to the same period of last year, amounting to $50.2 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend on June 18.
Turkey’s export of electrical goods to Iran increased by 2.5 times in May 2021 compared to May 2020 up to $10.1 million.
Turkey increased the total export of electrical goods by 46.7 percent from January through May 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $6.4 billion.
Turkey exported electrical goods worth $1.1 billion in May 2021, which is by 65.5 percent more than in May 2020.
Turkey’s export of electrical goods totaled $12.8 billion over the past 12 months (May 2020 - May 2021).
