The press secretary of Armenian President, Victor Sogomonyan, said in an interview with Mediamax News Agency on 13 August that the optimism of the Armenian President regarding prospects in settling the Nagorno-Karabakh problem had become more cautious.
The press secretary reported, commenting on the current stage of the settlement and the statements by the representatives of Baku on the deadlock of the process. "It is difficult to give an unambiguous assessment of the current stage of negotiations. I would like to abstain from flat definitions, especially because the assessments of the sides regarding the negotiations are usually subjective. At the same time, a fact is a fact: the negotiations have not brought any results as yet," Sogomonyan said.
