Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 August / Trend / On 28 August the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, arrived in Sumgait, second largest industrial city of Azerbaijan.
The Head of State laid flowers at the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev located in the downtown Sumgait.
