Tajikistan backs rapid stabilization in Afghanistan
Belgium, Brussels, Feb. 10 / Trend , A.Ismayilova/
The sooner stabilization occurs in Afghanistan, the better, Tajik President Emomalii Rahmon said in Brussels on Feb. 10.
"We have experienced and know what international terrorism, narco-aggression, extremism and arms smuggling are," Rahmon said.
Tajikistan has the longest border in the CIS with Afghanistan at over 1,400 kilometers.
Rahmon said Tajikistan's and the EU's position coincide.
