The report on refuges and displaced persons in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia (#10 835) by Boris Chilevic presented on April 13 at the PACE spring session in Strasbourg, MP, Ganira Pashayeva told to the Trend reporter in Strasbourg.
The given documents included amendments to the similar report released earlier, including the exact number of forcibly displaced persons in Azerbaijan, she said.
The other important amendment was made in the document` s article mentioning that refuges can only return after the conflict resolution. Adoption of that condition could lead the phased regulation of the conflict in impasse, she mentioned.
The negative part of the document, according to Pashayeva is that 2 governments should hold a dialog; however, in the current conditions it will be acceptable.
