Belgium referees will manage a Russian-Azerbaijani football match to be held in March 28, the Azerbaijani Football Federations Association (AFFA) told Trend on Feb. 4.
Serzh Humenn was appointed chief referee of the match to be held in Luzhniki Moscow stadium. Walter Vromans, Mark Simons and Luc Vauters will assist him.
The match between the Azerbaijani and Russian national teams will take place as part of qualifying stage of the 2010 World Championship.
