Turkmenistan's president will arrive in Turkey on Thursday upon an invitation from his Turkish counterpart, Anadolu news agency reported.
Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow would arrive in Turkey on August 27 for a two-day visit, a statement from the Presidential Press Center said on Wednesday.
During the talks to be held in the Mediterranean province of Antalya as part of Berdimuhamedow's visit, officials from Turkey and Turkmenistan would discuss ways to improve the economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries and they would assess the recent regional and international issues, the statement also said.
