BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 17. Angela Maxwell and Carl Bushby, two famous explorers, set sail from Kazakhstan for Azerbaijan across the Caspian Sea, Trend reports via Idman.biz.

Word has it, they made the journey across the Caspian Sea from one end to the other in a brisk 41 days. In their quest to reach Azerbaijan, they logged 186 miles (300 kilometers).

Soon after, the dynamic duo of 15-time Azerbaijani swimming champions, Anastasia Boborkina and Abdurrahman Rustamov, jumped on board for the ride.

The travelers were met in Baku by Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Mariana Vasileva and representatives of the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation.

To note, the trip was supported and organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Baku City Circuit.
