Azerbaijna, Baku / Trend coprr. Z.Safarov / The number of participating national teams in Baku's youth boxing championship reached forty-five. The competition, to be held on 31 August, will be held in the Sport-Concert complex named after Heydar Aliyev.
Russia, Cuba, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, USA, Ireland, the Dominican Republic, the Ukraine and other countries expressed their readiness to attend the competition, Agajan Abiyevb, the President of the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation, told Trend Agency.
The entire International Amateur Boxing Association, headed by its President, Ching-Kuo Wu, will come to Baku.
