A new LED lamp production plant will be commissioned in Azerbaijan, Deputy Director of Azerbaijan’s Zaferoglu Group Edalet Shahbazov told Trend.
Shahbazov said that the launch of the production of LED lamps is scheduled for late November.
“Along with the local market, we also plan to supply LED lamps to the markets of Turkey, Georgia, Russia and the Arab countries,” deputy director said. “On this occasion, we are holding talks with many foreign chambers of commerce and businessmen.”
The deputy director stressed that the plant will produce 300,000 LED lamps per month.
“About 500 people will work at the plant,” Shahbazov said. “We intend to increase production capacity in the long term. Our benefit is to export these products, increase the local production volume, as well as reduce unemployment in Ganja,” deputy director said.
The deputy director stressed that the main activity of the Zaferoglu Group is repair, construction and design work.
“To date, we have received numerous orders for various repair and design work, successfully implemented the projects and handed them over to their owners,” Shahbazov added. “We also plan to create the business platform Ganja Businessmen Public Union.”
“The purpose of creating this platform is to simplify the investment of both local and foreign businessmen in the Azerbaijani market,” the deputy director said.
Shahbazov added that the purpose of creating the Ganja Businessmen Public Union is to ensure the activity of business circles and open new production enterprises, factories and plants in the future.
