Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 30 /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The prices in the first real estate market in Baku reduced by 2.9% to $1,167 per sq.m in November, public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said on Dec. 30.

The number of constructed buildings in August composed 567 and the numbers of construction companies - 212. Most of the buildings (25.7%) were built in Yasamal district of Baku. The buildings, constructed in the Nasimi district, made up 21.5%, Khatai - 20.1%. All these houses made up 67.3% of the general portfolio of the first housing market.
