Turkmenistan's state budget profit in early 2010 hit 104.3 percent, with expenditures reaching 94.6 percent, the State Statistics Committee reported.
Over 70 percent of the budget was spent financing the social sector.
The volume of investments in Turkmenistan increased 1.5 times compared to last year.
The growth of retail turnover last year hit 116.2 percent.
