Kamil Rustamli left the board of the Azerbaijani Caspian Development Bank, a statement posted on the bank's website says.
Thus, at present, the bank's board consists of two people: chairman Nadir Suleyman Yildirim, board member - Zaur Ahmadov.
The bank's supervisory board headed by Ibrahim Alyshev remained unchanged. Besides him, the board consists of Farid Huseynov and Tural Guliyev.
Caspian Development Bank JSC is one of the first commercial banks registered in Azerbaijan. The Bank was established in 1988 as Universal Bank, and acted as Kovsar Bank from Sept. 24, 2001. The Bank obtained a new license on Jan. 26, 2005, after which entered the country's market under the new name - JSC Caspian Development Bank.
