The Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has banned ‘MGS taahhüt inşaat madencilik sanayi ve ticaret limited şirketi’, a construction, mining and trade company, from participating in tenders of the Turkish Mineral Research and Exploration General Directorate (MTA) (Maden tetkik ve arama genel müdürlüğü), the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey told Trend.
However, the ministry didn’t name the reasons for this decision.
The ban on participation in tenders was introduced for a period of one year, said the ministry.
“The decision doesn’t provide any information about the participation of the co-founders and subsidiaries of ‘MGS taahhüt inşaat madencilik sanayi ve ticaret limited şirketi’ in tenders held by the MTA," the ministry said.
