The governor of the central bank of Iran, Abdul Nasser Hemmati met with the Chinese Ambassador to Iran to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries.
According to ISNA, the Chinese ambassador to Iran, referring to the stability of the Iranian economy, said that China is interested in expanding its strategic and long-term relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran, and in this regard, the negotiations and planned to be held between the Chinese government and various political and economic institutions.
Abdul Nasser Hemmati, the governor of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, also emphasized the necessity of extending the two countries' financial and banking relations, saying that despite the efforts of the United States to cut the banking and financial relations of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the world, Several countries maintain and develop their banking and financial relations with Iran.
"We see that the actions of the US government have failed to bring their desired effects to the Iranian economy,” Hemmati said.
According to the Iran Central Bank, the two sides emphasized the need to accelerate solving banking problems and expand economic relations in various areas.
