The fourth Turkmenistan International Telecommunications and IT Conference, TurkmenTEL 2010, will bring together 300 delegates to discuss intergovernmental cooperation and the opportunities for international investment in the development of the Turkmenistan's and wider region's Information and Communication Technology Industry.
International guest speakers including H.E. Mohamed Jamil Mulla, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Annadovlet Mukhammedov, General Director, National Telecommunications Company, TurkmenTelecom will address the conference in the morning of the second day of the conference.
