The Integrated Drilling Trust of Azerbaijan's State Oil Company SOCAR has announced a tender to purchase cement.
The tender participation fee is 354 manat ($208.2).
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 17:30 (GMT +4) on Jan. 31, 2020, and tender offers until 10:30 on Feb. 7, 2020.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on Feb. 7, 2020.
