Kazakhstan's initiative to establish a predictive-analytical centre of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) member countries is being actively discussed at an expert level, Kazakh foreign minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov told Trend today.

"I am confident that we will sooner or later come to this (the establishment of a predictive-analytical centre of the SCO countries), as we care about what will happen in the SCO region in 10 years and whether it will be stable," he said. "It is important for us to take the necessary steps."
