BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 3. The earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 has occurred in Kazakhstan, the statement of Kazakhstan National Data Center said, Trend reports.
According to information, the epicenter of the tremors was located 859 km northeast of Almaty on the territory of Kazakhstan (East Kazakhstan region).
The destruction and casualties as a result of the earthquake are not announced.
