(Kazinform) - On Tuesday after the opening ceremony of an industrial complex Biochim Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev visited fields of North Kazakhstan oblast (region of Kazakhstan). Kazakh Leader met with agrarians of the region and held session with directors and specialists of farm households of North Kazakhstan oblast, reports Trend.
North Kazakhstan oblast akim (mayor) reported on development of agro-industrial complex and noted that three-year agro-industrial state program was successfully realized.
The President made a brief review of socio-economic development of the country paying attention to agricultural sector of the national economy. Kazakhstan should enter into the 5 largest cereals-exporting countries of the world, Kazakh President noted.
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev keeps on touring North Kazakhstan oblast today. The Head of the state will visit new mosque, Orthodox Church, renovated oblast museum of local lore and meet with Petropavlovsk people.
