Kyrgyz MP offers to delay approval of Supreme Court's judges
Kyrgyz Parliament deputy of Social Democratic Party faction Toktogul Tumanov proposes to delay the judges of the Supreme Court approval, 24.kg reported. He made such statement at the plenary meeting today.
According to him, the Supreme Court of the KR has been staffed and operates. "I think that first we need to deal with applicants for the positions in the Constitutional Chamber," said Toktogul Tumanov. He was supported by the fellow from the faction Daniyar Terbishaliev.
Recall, the president for transitional period in the KR Roza Otunbayeva sent to Jogorku Kenesh the introduction 14 candidates for the Supreme Court. In its turn, the Parliament adopted only two of the three candidates presented by Roza Otunbayeva from 11 members of the Constitutional Chamber on August 15.
