Prospects of the Tajik-British relations in agricultural sector were discussed today during a meeting of Tajik Agriculture Minister Kosima Kosimova and UK Ambassador to Tajikistan Jeremy Ord-Smith, Avesta reported on Tuesday.
According to the statement, the minister informed the ambassador about the current situation in the agricultural sector of the country and also mentioned that during the period of development of the national economy, priorities in the agricultural sector were revised.
According to Kosimova, the priority spheres of cooperation between the two countries in agricultural sector are development of joint investment projects, cooperation in the field of livestock-breeding biotechnology, plant growing and training of specialists.
