ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 14. The Austrian M. & D. Gertner Ges.m.b.H company has expressed interest in establishing cooperation with the Turkmenbashi International Sea Port, Trend reports via the official Turkmen media.
This issue was discussed during the visit of an Austrian delegation to the port, where the company representatives got familiarized with its capabilities, installed equipment, and services offered.
The company's CEO, Alexander Massinger, highly praised the port's infrastructure and noted the potential for partnership, specifically in the area of supplying spare parts for equipment.
According to him, this initiative envisages a visit by a comprehensive group of the company representatives to Turkmenistan in November 2024.
Both parties expressed confidence that this cooperation can strengthen the technological base of the port and contribute to the further development of its infrastructure.
To note, Gertnergroup has established itself as a reliable supplier of metallurgical equipment and industrial production lines, as well as spare parts and components. The group's main partners are leading European manufacturers, whom the company represents exclusively in international markets.
