Goods and services in Uzbek consumer market increased in price by 1.1 percent, Uzbek State Statistics Committee said.
According to the information, price of consumer goods increased by 1.1 percent, non-consumer goods – by 1.3 percent, services – by 0.7 percent.
Fruits and vegetables have grown in price by 3.5 percent in average, showing the largest price growth in consumer goods market in February. Price on fruits increased by 4.1 percent, on vegetables – 6.7 percent.
In non-consumer goods market, price on construction materials increased by 7.4 percent, pharmaceuticals – by 1.4 percent, personal care goods – 1.2 percent, footwear – 0.7 percent, apparel – 0.4 percent.
From tariffs on main services, prices on passenger transport increased by 2 percent, communication services – by 1.8 percent, consumer and housing services – 0.6 percent.
In January 2018, goods and services in Uzbek consumer market increased in price by 2.7 percent in average.
