Two pilots killed in ambulance helicopter crash in Turkey

Two pilots were killed when an ambulance helicopter crashed in northwestern Turkey on Saturday, Turkey's Transport Minister Binali Yildirim, said on Sunday.

Turkish security teams reached the wreckage of the ambulance helicopter that went missing on Saturday near Kibriscik town of northwestern province of Bolu, Yildirim was quoted as saying by the semi-official Anatolia news agency.

He said that a Turkish search-and-rescue team found the wreckage at Koroglu hill near Kibriscik on Sunday.

Ambulance helicopter with two pilots aboard went missing over northwestern Turkey on Saturday, Xinhua reported. The Polish-registered helicopter was leased by the Turkish Health Ministry and was traveling from the Turkish largest city of Istanbul to the Turkish capital of Ankara.
