The flight from Turkey's Istanbul to Azerbaijan's Baku was cancelled due to bad weather in Turkey, the Hurriyet newspaper reported.
"Turkish Airlines" has cancelled 31 domestic and international flights, according to the newspaper.
In particular, Istanbul-Brussels, Istanbul-Batumi, Istanbul-Budapest and Istanbul-Napoli flights have been cancelled.
