The Tehran prosecutor's office has filed a new criminal case against the daughter of Rafsanjani Faiza Hashemi, Iranian Prosecutor General, official representative of the judicial system of the country Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejehe'i said a press conference, the official news website of Iranian television iribnews.ir reported.
In an interview with the foreign websites, Faiza used such expressions, that she must answer for them before the court, he said. "I personally read her interview," he said. "I asked Tehran's prosecutor about the actions taken due to this issue. He said that the criminal case has been filed and this issue is under consideration".
Faiza is the daughter of the chairman of the Iranian Advisory Council, ex-President Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani. A few days ago one of the foreign websites posted an interview on behalf of Faiza. She used abusive language against the current Iranian officials.
Besides the criminal case, which was previously filed against Faiza, a new criminal case was filed, he said.
The daughter of Rafsanjani, Faiza Hashemi and his son Mehdi Hashemi have repeatedly been accused on causing disorder in the country.
