New Azerbaijan Party Wants its Activities to be Covered More Transparently and Adequately in its Newspaper
Azerbaijan, Baku, 6 March / Trend corr S. Ilhamgizi/ Staff change in the Yeni Azerbaijan newspaper were made in order to increase elucidation about the governing New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), the NAP Deputy Executive Secretary Bahar Muradova told Trend .
Last week, by the decision of the party's administration, the editor-in-chief of the NAP's Yeni Azerbaijan newspaper Algish Hasanoglu was dismissed from the position. According to Muradova, there are reports about the causes for the dismissal. "We want to inform the public and media that there are no serious problems as regard to the Yeni Azerbaijan. The change in the staff was made in order to cover the activities of NAP administration more transparently and adequately. There is no shade issue in this connection," she said.
Muradova said no differences or staff change is expected to take place in the NAP on the threshold of the presidential elections.
