Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 April / Trend corr. I.Alizadeh / The Azerbaijani Defence Ministry has denied reports that Armenian Armed Forces captured an Azerbaijani Armed Forces soldier.
"Vusal Eybatov, an Azerbaijani Armed Forces soldier, was not captured by Armenians and the information released by the Armenians is spread as a form of provocation," Eldar Sabiroglu, head of the press-service of Defence Ministry, stated Trend .
Armenian news agency Mediamax reported that, on 11 April, an Azerbaijani soldier, 19-year old Vusal Heybatov who was not carrying any ID, was taken as a POW in Yusifjanly village of Agdam District.
