Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 April / Trend / On 15 April, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Stepan Volkovetsky, Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan, on completion of his diplomatic mission in the country.
Ambassador Stepan Volkovetsky expressed his gratitude to the government of Azerbaijan, the Head of Azerbaijan State for the attention provided to Ukraine and in the activity of the Embassy. He commented on the successful development of all-round relations between the two countries, including economic, political and humanitarian spheres.
Noting that the relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine develop dynamically, the President of Azerbaijan highly estimated the Ambassador's personal contributions to develop these relations and expressed confidence for the further expansion of these ties.
