A memorial plaque has been established on the residence of National Council and Government of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (ADR) in Ganja. ADR was established in 1918 in this city. The building now belongs to the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the inauguration ceremony on May 25, AzerTaj state news agency reported.As known, a radiogram sent from this building to the world countries announced on proclamation of state independence of Azerbaijan.
