Iran to reconsider relations with Great Britain: press-secretary of commission on national security

Commission on national security and foreign policy of Iran's parliament called Iran's foreign ministry for reconsideration of relations with Great Britain, ILNA agency said.

"Members of the commission called Iran's foreign ministry for reconsideration of relations with Great Britain given interference of Great Britain in process of last events at the meeting with foreign minister and his deputy on June 22," press-secretary of the commission Kazim Jalali said.

Iran's authorities accuse West and western media of stirring up mass disorders covering Iran after presidential elections held on June 12. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won during these elections, MEHR agency said with reference to Iran's foreign ministry. 

Jalali said that Iran intends to develop its relations with all countries. But nobody is entitled to interference in domestic affairs of the state.

Iran's authorities said on June 21 that correspondent of BBC TV and radio corporation Jon Leyne is expelled of Iran. According to Iran's authorities, BBC correspondent is accused of spreading faked news and reports, ignoring neutrality in news, support rebels and trample of Iran's rights.
