Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday approved the Agreement on military and financial cooperation between the Government of Azerbaijan and the Government of Turkey, signed on Dec. 16, 2010 in Ankara, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
According to presidential decree, the Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of doing appropriate work to implement the agreement, the Foreign Ministry - informing the Turkish Government on the implementation of the necessary domestic procedures.
