The Turkish Cabinet of Ministers has lately ratified the agreement on holding joint military exercises earlier signed with Azerbaijan, Turkey's official newspaper (Resmi Gazete) said on Friday.
According to the agreement, the exercises will be held in turn in each of these countries. The hosting country will fully finance them.
Local and foreign journalists will not be able to watch the exercises. It will be forbidden to distribute any photos from the training.
