BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 31. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree "On amendments to the structure of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan," Trend reports.

The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with solving the issues arising from the decree.
