Mahmud Mammadguliyev, the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister, told Trend in an exclusive interview, some items of Action Plan of the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) related to Azerbaijan will be discussed during the forthcoming visit of EU's trio' to Azerbaijan.
It will not affect on the process of talks between Azerbaijan and the EU, he assured. The document will be finally adopted in Brussels this November.
The Deputy Minister underlined that the indicative programs to be implemented after the approval of the document will be adopted on the base of Action Plan of ENP. The programs are of political, economic and sectoral direction and concrete projects will be designed on their basis.
The political programs include the issues of security, border protection, human rights, democratization and resolution of conflicts.
Mammadguliyev noted that the implementation of the projects will be uneasy and Azerbaijan should take its utmost to meet the CE requirements.
