Association of joint-stock companies on the production and maintenance of agriculture Turkmenobahyzmat signed with the Belarusian republican unitary enterprise Minsk Tractor Works a contract for purchase of 1,000 tractors of Belarus-80 and 500 brands of tractors Belarus-82.1, as well as spare parts totaling $33 million.
The Minsk Tractor Works develops, manufactures and exports wheeled tractors, spare parts, arranges for the licensing of their production, and provides services to establish and conduct the service.
Over the years, the plant retains the share of 8-10 percent of the world market of wheeled tractors, ranging among eight major world producers.
