Stabilization of prices on Baku's land market, which began in January 2011, continued in September, general director of MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov told Trend on Friday.
"In September, average price of one hundred square meters of land in Baku increased by 0.6 percent and hit $20,284" Ibrahimov said.
He said a steady rise in land prices was observed in suburban areas and areas remote from the city center.

He said the most expensive land plot, offered on the market, was in the Nasimi district ($451,000), the cheapest - in the Binagadi district ($ 370).
