The interest of Iranian businessmen in Georgia is growing, as evidenced by their scheduled visit.
A delegation of 50 Iranian businessmen plans to visit Georgia and the Georgian-Iranian business forum in the near future, the Georgian Embassy in Iran and Pakistan said.
The embassy is ready to assist them in organizing meetings with representatives of state structures and the potential Georgian business partners.
The visit was scheduled on May 15 at a meeting organized by the Georgian Embassy in Tehran, which was called The development of trade and economic relations between Georgia and Iran. It was attended by over 150 Iranian businessmen and representatives of the Iranian government agencies.
Ambassador of Georgia Giorgi Janjgava informed about the progress in trade and economic relations between the two countries, a trend of growth of trade turnover and successes in cooperation in tourism. The guests were also provided with comprehensive information about the investment environment in Georgia.
A video about the investment and tourism potential of Georgia was shown at the meeting, promotional and informational brochures were handed out to guests.
