It will be possible in Turkmenistan to carry out the circulation of documents necessary for the privatization of state property in digital electronic form, Trend reports referring to Turkmen media.
According to the information, these changes are stipulated in the amendments to the Law "on Denationalization and Privatization of State Property" adopted in the country.
Thus, according to the document, state property that is not related to the main areas of activity of law enforcement agencies, state educational institutions, research institutes and centers of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan may be subject to denationalization and privatization.
An amendment was also made to the law on the privatization of state property at the expense of credit funds. In this case, the funds received from the privatization of state property are directed to repay the loan, and the rest of them is transferred to a special account of the State Budget of Turkmenistan.
In addition, the amendments note that the organization of activities and the circulation of the necessary documents for the implementation of the sale of privatization objects can be carried out in the digital electronic form.
The law on amendments and additions was signed by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on November 13 this year.
