Shareholders of Ozneftgazqazibchiqarish JSC, the Uzbek oil and gas production company, at an extraordinary meeting have approved a deal with the UAE-based ERIELL Oilfield Services Middle East DMCC company for construction of 248 gas and 48 oil wells, the Uzbek company told Trend.
Construction and commissioning of gas wells will cost $1.227 billion, oil wells - $236.5 million. Until the end of 2021, the ERIELL Oilfield Services Middle East DMCC company will build a total of 502 gas and 210 oil wells worth $1.976 billion and $740.5 million, respectively.
In addition, the ERIELL Oilfield Services Middle East DMCC company in a consortium with Austria’s ERIELL GmbH will overhaul 420 gas wells worth $57.9 million by the end of 2021, considering modernization of drilling rigs, as well as 364 oil wells worth $70.2 million on the same terms.
