Volume of natural gas processing at Turkmenistan’s Bagadja field increases

The volume of natural gas processing has increased at the installations of the Bagadja field in Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to Nebit-Gaz electronic newspaper.

The Lebap Liquefied Gas Production Department produced 8,315 tons of liquefied gas at the Bagadja field in 11 months of this year, exceeding the plan by 10 percent.

In addition, about 24,500 tons of gas condensate from the Bagadja field were delivered to the Seydi Oil Refinery of Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan has exceeded expectations of oil and gas condensate production from January through October 2020.

The estimates of oil and gas condensate production were exceeded by 1 percent, oil refining – by 2.4 percent, gasoline production – by 7.5 percent, diesel fuel production – by 6.4 percent.

Also, the plan for natural and associated gas production was exceeded by 0.1 percent, gas exports – 0.2 percent, and investment development-by 6.2 percent.

Thus, the growth rate of liquefied gas production from January through October 2020, compared to the same period last year was 23.6 percent.
