Starting prices for RON-95 petrol supplied by the Bukhara refinery for exchange trading averaged 8,393 ($0.8) soums per one ton, Trend reports with reference to Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
In accordance with the decree of the president of Uzbekistan on priority measures to increase the financial stability of the oil and gas industry starting prices formed depending on quotations of Brent oil on world exchanges.
According to the Department of Economics and Planning, the average quotation of Brent oil per barrel from March 29 to April 2 amounted to $65.3, while the minimum figure accounted for $62.2, and the maximum - $63.8.
Based on these quotes, the starting prices for motor gasoline and diesel fuel supplied by the Bukhara Refinery for exchange trading (per 1 ton) for the specified period amounted to:
Car gasoline:
RON-80 brands - on average 6,281 soums ($0.6);
RON-91 brands - on average 7,305 soums ($0.7);
RON-92 brands - on average 7,441 soums ($0.71);
RON-95 brands - on average 8,393 soums ($0.8);
Diesel fuel:
ECO brands - 7,000 soums ($0.67) (didn’t change);
Euro-4 brands - on average 8,874 soums ($0.85);
Euro-5 brand - on average 9,041 soums ($0.86).
For reference, EKO diesel fuel has been supplied from February 17 at 7,000 ($0.67) soums per 1 ton.
