TEHRAN, Iran, April 19. The Iranian government is seeking to provide sustainable water resources, said the First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"The priority is to cooperate with public and private sector investors to solve the water supply problem," he said.
He went on to say that the government hopes to solve the issue of drinking water and water supply for the industrial sector by desalination projects and transportation of sea water.
The full operation of desalination stations at Bandar Abbas and Chabahar port will provide up to 500,000 cubic meters of clear water in the current Iranian year.
