TEHRAN, Iran, Nov.1

Trend:

Tehran province records the lowest annual inflation rates of 41.2 percent while Ilam province has the highest rate of 53.3 percent, Trend reports citing IRNA.

Statistical Centre of Iran has announced the country's total inflation rate in the past twelve months was 45.4 percent.

The inflation rate in Tehran, Alburz, Semnan, Gilan, and Qom was less than 45.4 percent.

Households in Kerman province had the highest monthly inflation rate increase of 6.7 percent from September 23 to October 22 while Sistan and Baluchestan Province had the lowest increase of inflation rate 1.9 percent.

The inflation rate for households in cities reached 44.7 percent while the inflation rate in villages was 43.6 percent and the highest increase of inflation rate in villages was in Gilan Province with 6.8 percent while North Khorasan Province villages had the lowest increase of 2.5 percent.
